This Privacy Policy explains how Raymond Sachs describes personal information in connection with raymondsachs.com. The current website is a static, client-side demonstration: forms validate in the browser and then show a confirmation message. They do not transmit data to our servers in this build. We still publish a full policy so visitors understand our intended standards and so a future connected version can sit on the same principles.
Raymond Sachs is the practice named on this website. For privacy questions, use the contact form and mark the message “Privacy”. We do not list a public telephone number or street address on the site.
Forms may ask for name, email address, company, topic of interest, message text, newsletter preferences and similar fields needed to understand a request. You should not include government identification numbers, full payment card details, passwords, or health information in website forms. If a future production form sends data to us, we will use it to reply, to assess whether an engagement is appropriate, and to manage mailing preferences you requested.
When the site is hosted, standard web logs may record technical data such as browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate time of visit and a truncated or hashed identifier. We do not use that technical data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you. Analytics, if added later, will be described here before they are switched on.
This static build does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may store local state if you use search or accessibility tools of your own. If we later add session cookies for security or preference, we will identify them, their purpose, and how to refuse non-essential cookies where the law requires a choice.
If a connected version of the site receives a message, we would process it to respond to you (legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice, or steps prior to a contract if you request a proposal), to send newsletters you asked for (consent, which you may withdraw via the unsubscribe page), and to keep records required for professional and tax duties (legal obligation). We would not sell personal data.
The subscribe page collects an email address and topic interest so we know what you asked to receive. The unsubscribe page exists so you can stop those emails. Consent should be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. We will not pretend a pre-ticked box is consent.
We do not sell lists. If production hosting, email delivery or professional co-advisors are used in a live environment, they would act as processors or independent controllers under written terms, limited to the purpose of delivering the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the practice, in a proportionate way.
The website may be viewed from many places. Content is not written as country-specific marketing. If we later transfer personal data across borders, we will use appropriate safeguards recognised by applicable law, such as contractual clauses, and we will say so in an updated policy.
In this static demonstration, form entries remain in your browser until you leave or reset the page. In a live system, enquiry records would be kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation, to evidence consent, or to meet professional record-keeping rules, then deleted or archived with access limits.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We design pages to avoid collecting more than we need. A production deployment should use encrypted transport, access control and least-privilege administration. You are responsible for the security of your own device and email account.
The site is intended for adults making personal, business or investment decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted a form, contact us via the site form and we will delete residual copies if any exist in a live system.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing. You may also have a right to complain to a supervisory authority. Because this build does not store submissions, many requests will simply confirm that we hold no form data from the website. For a live system, we would respond within the time the law allows, after taking reasonable steps to verify the request.
The current static pages do not profile you across sites. If analytics are introduced, we will honour legally required opt-out signals where they apply to our tools, and we will document the behaviour here.
Fonts and icon libraries may be loaded from public content-delivery networks. Those providers have their own privacy notices. Social links lead to independent platforms.
We will update this page when our practices or the site’s technical behaviour change. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you have had a chance to read the new text.
Use the contact form for privacy requests. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive data in the first message. We will not ask you for a password. We do not publish a contact telephone number or office address on this website.
