These Terms & Services govern access to raymondsachs.com and any consulting, planning or educational materials presented on the site. By using the website you agree to this document. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These terms are written for a public information site and for client-side contact forms; they are not a substitute for a signed engagement letter.
Raymond Sachs is a personal and business finance, investment and consulting practice. The website explains our way of working, publishes educational articles, and offers forms so you can request a conversation. Nothing on the site creates an advisor–client relationship until both parties sign a separate engagement letter that describes scope, fees and responsibilities.
Articles, service descriptions, project snapshots, FAQs and illustrations are for general education. They are not personalised investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, insurance contract or other product. Markets, tax rules and personal circumstances change. You should not act on website content alone.
Past examples, hypothetical portfolios and case-style narratives are simplified. They omit many constraints that would appear in a real mandate. They do not promise that a similar household or business will obtain similar results. Investment involves the risk of loss, including loss of principal.
The site does not offer securities, collective investment schemes or credit products for sale. Any mention of portfolios, managers or account types is conceptual. Contact, FAQ, newsletter, subscribe and unsubscribe forms on this static site are validated in your browser only. Successful validation displays a thank-you message. In this demonstration build, data is not transmitted to a server, stored in a database, or used to open a file. If a future production version sends messages to our practice, that version will say so clearly and will be covered by the Privacy Policy then in force.
You agree that information you type is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not impersonate another person or submit unlawful content. We may refuse to respond to abusive, spam or automated submissions.
Consulting and planning work is scoped in writing. Fees, billing milestones, expenses and termination rights live in that letter, not in these website terms. Website pricing language is illustrative. Unused fees for work not commenced may be returned as the letter describes. Completed analysis is chargeable. We do not guarantee investment performance, business outcomes, loan approval, tax savings or any particular financial result.
We aim to provide independent consulting. Where a conflict could reasonably affect objectivity, we will disclose it in the engagement process. Website copy must not be read as a claim that every future recommendation is free of all commercial relationships. You remain responsible for deciding whether to implement any idea with third-party custodians, lenders, insurers or professional firms.
